Connect 10k Run Ready with your activity tracker, fitness app, smartwatch or smartphone and you’ll have your very own training plan that not only sets you weekly run targets to get you ready for your race, but advises you on everything from snacking and meal planning, to how to get more sleep (we all could do with more of that!) and builds a program week on week to help you train in the run up to your race.
We’ll power you through different intensities of training to increase your strength and stamina, and legwork to ensure good hip, knee and ankle alignment to avoid common running injuries. To support your training, we’ll tell you the best foods to eat before, during and after a run, plus how much fluid to drink, and how to prepare for race day.
